Hello! My name is Lisa and I’m the maker behind hi, society clay. I’ve been a hospital pharmacist for over 20 years and I enjoy working in health care but I’ve always craved a creative outlet. In February 2022 I decided it was time to cut down on the Netflix and start a new hobby. I’ve always loved making jewellery, especially necklaces (I even made a bridal beaded tiara 17 years ago) but I haven’t worked on anything for over 10 years. Then I discovered polymer clay and I absolutely love it. It’s like grown-up play-doh, mixing and creating new colours, and experimenting with different techniques to make beautiful earrings. I hope you love them as much as I love making them.
